Is Parker opening the door for Kirby?

    0 Not allowed! Not allowed!
That will be the merger of the century and a great opportunity for United to pick up the pieces after American’s bankruptcy. Only time will tell if American is too Big to fail or Parker and his protege Scott Kirby now CEO of United have another plan in mind.

CEOs at American and United Share a Long History...
Scott Kirby and Doug Parker, who worked together for two decades, have divergent leadership styles and performances.

Kirby received his Bachelor's degree in computer science and operations research from the United States Air Force Academy, Master of Science degree in operations research at George Washington University.

Parker received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Albion College, MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University where American Airlines offered him a job after a campus interview.

Doug Parker pleaded guilty to his third DUI and was sentenced to 1 day in jail.
