Going back to March 2017. That gets us well into the 824

AA is still overstaffed... basically going to the size of pre merger.

And once again, US Airways pilots screw AA & Flow (Envoy) Pilots. Like Jdflyer said “well into the 824.”

    Take:
Total pilots on seniority list - (Inactive Pilots + LOA’s Pilots + Furlough Pilots) = Active Pilots

Still overstaffed, but above the 7,300.

Didn't see 'Management' in that chart. Maybe they aren't considered a 'Workgroup'? Probably still get an annual BoneUS, for rightsizing the AA Network.

Hopefully all pilots at any carrier associated with AAG now understand the tenuous situation they are attached to and the importance of savings. The red flags were all there out in the open and while some have been plucked, many still exist. Considering the risk of Chapter 11 and further major changes as a result, the “New American Airlines” of today is likely to pass into the annals of airline history just like its predecessor the “old” American Airlines.

The future of both AA and the Eagle system is likely to change significantly in the coming years. The assumption AA’s pilot retirement schedule will materially improve recall, flow or future advancement is misguided. Still a lot of variables that make the exact path forward impossible to predict though, but such a weak position should lead one to assume a more negative outlook.

    OMG!
    This is worse than predicted.
If it’s going that deep, what will become of the infamous Professor of Prognostications?!
