    After 4 years of talks...

    Using the mechanics to set the tone, brilliant!!!

    The tentative deals with American includes;
    wage increases👍🏼
    profit-sharing👍🏼
    changes to benefits🤔🤔🤔
    revised work rules.🤔🤔🤔
    The first two money to the employees...
    The last two money back to the company...
    -money vs concessions-
    This is only a TA...wait for the mechanics reaction.

    Doug Parker will succeed!!!

    Number of Days for the United States to enter and help defeat Two Empires in World War II: 1365 Days.

    Number of Days for AA to complete a Joint CBA with it's Mechanics: 2245 days and counting.

    What will be the final count?

    Who is responsible for this negligence?

    Why do the AA Management Executives continue to receive inflated compensation and year-end bonuses?

    In the old days a CEO was compensated around 5 times the salary of the average employee salary. These days it's more like 50 times.

    Profit is not a dirty word; however..... greed is.

    Do it with average pilot salaries, it is definitely getting worse. It’s not just business though, so don’t let big Govt liberals fool you. Look at what they’ve done with Govt salaries, especially in education.
