    They’ve been pitting the employee groups against each other successfully for decades, so I suppose they might as well try it on the customers. "private conversations"? Geez........, but you have to understand this is not Delta, United or Southwest either psychologically or financially and wringing every dollar out either by charging or saving is the apparent M.O.
