Whereas American's regional carriers supplied much of the growth this year, Vasu Raja, senior vice president of Network Strategy, said on the call mainline operations will spearhead 2020 growth.

In Charlotte, American anticipates to "return more regional jets to mainline," Raja said. "We intend to do the same thing at DFW."

Return JETS or flying to mainline? Either way, good news.

All he said was "return more regional jets to mainline,"

Lets all stick to the facts!

    Nah....

He means transferring flying to mainline. Its what the others are doing and AA has always been a follower........eventually. Besides, they are bumping up against Scope on large RJs and will have to start removing some of the clapped out smaller ones from service. No cash (or staff) for any new significant orders and they realize (unlike the village idiot) their ability to staff RJs is becoming limited.

    Hes just highlighting the obvious.

Well, there are still potential future scenarios that could make him drop to his knees and cry “why me”?.......at least in theory. Considering his attraction to the E-Jet’s, another scenario means he may just end up in a long-term committed relationship with his cyber-love or a variation thereof and there will be no more need for clandestine self-abuse while leering at his winged lass from afar.
