Congratulations Cujo. Saw your APC post HIGHLY recommending a wholly owned (Envoy) to new hires because of the simple one interview to AA. No medical, no interview. Just a simple transfer to AA as soon as your seniority can hold it. I still think we could team up and be a positive mouthpiece for Envoy.

A new hire will upgrade in less than 2 years and flow to AA in under 6.

    Fixed it for ya.

A new hire should upgrade in less than 2 years and flow to AA in under 6 if all goes well, we maintain our metrics, our debt load doesn’t overburden our balance sheet, our FA’s keep hocking our credit cards effectively and we are able to maintain our current hiring trend of employees behind you.

....and in doing so will flow to the largest LCC in the world whose pilots are treated very closely to that of Envoy pilots and whose compensation and QWL metrics are in at least 6th place among others operating similar aircraft and falling. This assumes AA doesn’t declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the next impending downturn in the global economy.

Caveat Emptor and most importantly, what’s in your savings account ?

Envoy was third on the list; it should be first; but the management is preventing that from happening.

i told them to avoid non owned carriers. Target Endeavor, PSA, Envoy, Piedmont in that order. It’s for stability as the pilot shortage worsens; not for a flow.

And we could continue to ask how you come up with the math to support that claim, but of course we won't get any answers. Other than a statement of "Envoy recruiting says so".

I don't think I've ever heard a more lame complaint. I bet you complain on payday, complained the day you got married, complained when your first kid was born, etc. Dumb! Dumb! DUMB!

The math is out there for you to see. Check your union site. Or, better yet, why not pick up the phone and call the people who REALLY know....recruiting. These guys put in long, hard hours and are very underappreciated. When you call asking for the flow calculations, be sure to thank them for all they do.

Pfft. Your union needs to go back to the drawing board. Better yet, get in touch with the people who KNOW! Recruiting. That's a novel idea instead of pulling numbers out of thin air.

Talked to the director of recruitment this morning. (We’ve known each other for more than 20 years). His response to my inquiry was exactly what Sloosky has posted above.

Hey he does not have the time to answer, he is too busy on the AA pilots “the line” telling them how great they have it.

WHAT MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID? I work for American Airlines blockhead. The "unions" are different if you are unaware.

What would you know about unions, Jackwagon ? You’ve already referred to them as “your”, not “my” or “our”. You aren’t a union pilot and never were, just a poser trying to undermine union pilots and failing totally I might add.
