Not even a “Tough Union” can bend AAG knees...
Do you trust a company that walks away from a signed agreement?
The beating will continue until morale improves.

AA pilots too are suffering under a 7-year old bankruptcy contract with many years left to go. Even more sad that it’s more likely said contract will be diluted further in yet another bankruptcy as opposed to any improvement to be closer to correctly functioning companies like Delta, United and Southwest.

The flow is not a Stairway to Heaven IMO, but more likely a primrose path to crushing disappointment.

Wrong again. This is an opinion from a VERY jaded ex employee only. I've asked you hundreds of times to prove where the flow is NOT working as designed. You've been unable to do so because each month, the flow continues....as advertised. It only serves to enrage you even more each month when the flow continues unabated. The sentiment here is nowhere near what you describe. Most guys are genuinely happy here and are super excited to be on the flow train.

My first point was about AA, not Envoy. My second point is valid considering the state AA is in and especially where its pilots are and are headed. As for the flow “not working”, it HAS resulted in ZERO flows on occasion resulting in lost seniority, has it not ?

    It has.

The Envoy flow “train” is one whose destination brochure is based on fluffy hope and dubious promise with an invalid timetable. By the time that train does arrive at its destination which is for many years away (maybe), it might be a pile of ruins from a pilot career standpoint. Sorry, but my sources say plenty of Envoy pilots are looking for an intermediate stop to exit and if word does get to the Envoy flow passengers the destination has closed, many more will likely just jump off while it’s still moving.

What is it you missed about not meeting 50% of each new hire position and instead automatically withholding at 25 a month, every month? That is not how it was meant to run, and precisely why they filed the grievance. Personally, they shouldn’t have settled on 29, and fought for what we negotiated and agreed to.
But you go on lying saying they haven’t violated flow....
    More management lies
