Amendable date is fairly meaningless. At AA, pilots are in early openers with an amendable date of Jan 1, 2020, but won’t be seeing any new contract for years just like the mechanics have been going through. Since the yearly step raises to offset inflation ended this year, it means AA pilots get poorer year-over-year unless they fly more or upgrade to higher paying equipment. Same with a Envoy I expect.

Guys, I quit Eaglevoy 5 years ago. The company tactics are exactly the same. The QOL goes down as profits go up. The only control you have is what you choose to do with your career. FWIW.

The core message of all my posts.

The younger and/or less junior Envoy pilots need to take control (and responsibility) for their career path instead of allowing themselves to be sweet-talked here and elsewhere of just being kept man and women intoxicated by the idea that the “Dear Leader” of DFW will provide for all wants and needs in perpetuity.
