Do you see the need for a pay raise?

Envoy Pilots have a contract until 2024.

    No need for amendments!

If you want a Pay Raise you will have to go somewhere else.

Pay Raises will be a waste of money for AAG 💵

PSA & PDT had a hiring problem, but problem was solved.

Like it or not it is as simple as that!

Nothing ALPA can do, you guys are on your own.

No truer words have been spoken. Whipsaw takes many forms and until hiring slows down, nothing will change. Give credit to the company, the are able to whipsaw even over positive issues such as pay raises and bonuses.

Cannot blame your MEC Chairman, he fought the good fight, canít blame most of the pilot group, Captains and First Officers, you are going against an enemy bigger than you can imagine, don't waste your time because without a 100% commitment from ALPA National and Bill Couette (one of your own) not much ENY MEC can do.

As long as new candidates believe in the 5.5 years to flow promised by the company, you guys donít have a chance or any hope for a pay raise and any improvements in Quality Of Live. All you have is a guaranteed flow for the Protected Pilots and 150 after that...

2021 is still a year and a half away but if Doug Parker stays on course, bankruptcy will arrive before that.

Fly safe, do the best you can with what you have and First Officers always remember that as long as you are flying for Envoy on the right seat...you will be paid like a FLIGHT ATTENDANT, not like a pilot. Have some respect for yourself.

The last time “hiring slowed down”, the Envoy MEC with assistance from ALPA national ran to the rescue of management and stunningly handed over the holy grail of any pilot group - seniority. The question now is when Envoy management again considers hiring an issue (as apparently they have not yet), will history repeat itself in a similar fashion ?

Let’s face it, this Association has a penchant for simultaneously accepting scraps and shooting itself in the foot in the process for if it didn’t, Envoy pilots wouldn’t be in the situation they are now in. I realize this is painful to confront for many and avoidance and/or rationalization are attractive psychological vehicles to explain the present reality. Envoy management knows (correctly) most pilots won’t bail due to substandard existence, as Envoy has provided that substandard existence for years and most new-hires are oblivious to it. Pilots will leave to places they would anyway, but there will be no “mass exodus” regardless of any forum chest-pounding.

Those here more then a few years are along for the ride wherever it now takes them, especially if they are placing AA at the top of their list and being tepid in their efforts to explore and consider other destinations. Those who hired on here within the last 5 years or so have no right to complain about Envoy as they signed up for it and should have done proper due diligence prior to signing on. In effect, they have accepted this situation as Envoy and its predecessor Eagle have been VERY consistent in their consideration and treatment of their pilots and was and is a known quantity and has been for decades.

    Caveat Emptor.
