You don’t pay to “The Best and Most Professional Pilots in the industry” fair Wages.

    You pay Leading Industry wages!

One of the weakest emails to date from management. No mention of what went down with the AIP last week.
Hey Ric, quit sugar coating things and leaving out the details of what really goes on during negotiations.
We don’t believe much of what you’re saying.

Company negotiating in public to garner responses that they can later use in their defense should litigation arise from their failure to bargain in good faith.
I’d encourage all to not respond publicly or in private anything management could use later

    Contact your reps or P2P

I can tell you what really goes on. They lie to your face and expect that you are too stupid to notice.

Successful negotiators point out their malfeasance, highlight that the only way forward is through honesty and trust, and work toward that end. Unsuccessful negotiators are thwarted by an unrealistic expectation of a workaround without highlighting the malfeasance. This perpetuates and endless loop.

It hurts me to hear what’s gone on the last couple of weeks over there, but it’s not surprising.
