Well yes, if you go by our resident of apparent truth and facts, I’m former Eagle (Chaparral) who flew toy turboprops requiring no skill and due to my checkered history could only flow to AA at the last minute retiring as a lowly S80 F/O and essentially missed the career boat. As a result, I’m now a bitter old man with an ax to grind as a “hater” of Envoy and their new group of “select” pipeline pilots who will supposedly have the career I missed and and thus I am someone who spends his days at “Shady Acres” retirement home lamenting my misfortunes wallowing in self pity and jealousy.

Little of that is true of course, but it makes a good narrative for attack. Besides, how could anyone be bitter at Shady Acres what with plenty of bingo, shuffleboard, daytime soaps and 3 hot squares a day ?

Oh, the post lunch siesta doesn’t require retirement. I was ALWAYS a fan of that and it’s actually healthy. My oil painting and 7 cats keep me busy enough to require plenty of sleep.

Why not give your actual background, perhaps to lend credence to your statements?

Do my statements really need my “background” to be verifiable and thus valid ? Couldn’t they be verified (or not) by demonstration, observation and/or corroboration alone ? Others make statements on this forum, yet virtually no one requests their background, so I have to question why I’m different from everyone else ? That being said, I’m really no mystery like Dacuj supposedly is. I’ve previously stated I am a former Eagle pilot who did flow to AA, so for my background on most of the subject matter, what else is really necessary ?

Besides, some do know who I am. If it makes you feel a bit better, you can call me “Joey”. Dacuj outed my “identity” last year unprovoked (and unpunished) many, many offensive attacks ago and again, since he represents himself as the citadel of truth and facts on this forum, we should not question that. Just curious, but what is YOUR background ?

    Present Envoy Pilot ?

    Management ?

    Recruiter ?

ALPA officer or committee member ?

You know, just to lend some credence as to why you want more specific info only about me.

If he says that couples of days ago a New Hires class of 28, there were 11 NO SHOWS, then he is a recruiter.

    Almost 40% ? Wow......not good.

If true, I can only wonder where they went ? They accepted positions at Envoy only to blow them off. They must have gone somewhere. Sounds like the flow to AA is not selling like a shiny nickel anymore. They can't flow more without jeopardizing their own viability and lift footprint. Sounds like the proverbial rock and a hard place. A self-inflicted situation, no doubt with no apparent out. What happens when (not if) attrition spikes when mixed with high no-show rates ? Not good for AA profits which are on the ropes.

What to do, what to do ?

There's no way he will give that info to you. He enjoys speaking in riddles and making you try to figure out his lies.

I've got no qualms whatsoever identifying myself. I've offered to host a roundtable in DFW That no one has taken me up in. That said. I may have been mistaken about his identity. I've got it from a new source that he is actually an AA domestic flight attendant.

See...………..no matter what I say, it will be branded a lie, so what would be the point of providing any personal info ?

Speaking of lies (and pathological, at that) you have made no effort whatsoever to confirm YOUR identity. In fact, you even admitted to deliberate deflection and subterfuge to AVOID providing any clues to your identity. To wit, you ADMITTED you LIED about when you supposedly flowed to AA to throw others here off track. BTW, you're not as "unknown" as you think you are.

So, back to the question, how many were supposed to show up at last new hire class and how many actually showed up? That's the question.

For the anti-union folks out there, this could be a great place for you to donate to. Maybe be featured in one of those videos?

I am not anti union. I am a union member who prefers transparency to keep mgt from having upper hand.
    Just for clarification.

If you say so, but facts and past practices are well documented.
