Absolutely. I'm thinking July. Guarantee I'll be able to win you back over to Envoy. I'm OK with everyone on this board, except for BB attending. Even Dumb and Dumber are welcome.

You have little to worry about me agreeing to attend any direct meeting you want to orchestrate. AFAIC, so far I have yet to see you demonstrate any semblance of credibility here, so I see that as exercise in futility. Personally, I think you know you couldn’t con me in person either and thus you know you’d be outmatched in any direct debate. But, I support others meeting with you to get a direct experience, if they so choose.

I’m looking forward to hearing the post meeting perceptions and details.

Oh and it’s just a suggestion, but you might reconsider crapping all over those you disagree with. Your “dumb and dumber” personal attack isn’t doing you any favors, especially if you’re going to have to stare these people in the face during your direct sales pitch.

Still no info, that's a surprise.
The mec better put it to pilot ratification and not just voted by the mec board.

You know as well as I do that it won’t be put out for a vote. How long has it been since anything was actually put before the pilot group for a vote? Everything nowadays is all LOAs and such. While I understand that the union is supposed to get the best deal possible and whatever else, it does irk me that all these changes (even the temporary ones) are being added in without anyone’s consent.

For example, the forced flying of reserves that recently expired. Total crap. If they needed upgrades so bad make it attractive for people to do so. Sometimes it gives me a vibe of they know what’s best for me. Doesn’t sit well.

Most airline management’s know that the most effective way to manage pilots expectations and thus dominate them is to try to negotiate directly with the pilots bypassing the union leadership. Envoy is an inverted situation. It appears the Envoy ALPA leadership has allowed themselves to become so compliant, essentially nothing more then impotent doormats that management has no need to involve the pilots anymore and the MEC has no need either.

I think it’s rationalized as paternalism. Will there be change ? Depends on how concerned the leadership is with their flow tickets. Management knows (correctly) that the way to bat this MEC around like a cat does a toy is to use the flow.

So why should mec be quiet, no reason. They chosen to say minimal at most sporadically.

My goodness, things sound really bad over on the APC forum with rock bottom morale and “buyers remorse”. Must just be the angry 10%ers with the remainder fluttering around on gossamer wings. Perhaps Dacuj’s solution of firing all non pipeline pilots might help ?

Sounds like something needs to be done. What could it be ?

I never suggested firing non pipeline pilots. My suggestion is to stick with 100% pipeline for all hiring and let the non pipeliners leave via normal attrition. If you could get to a ratio of 85% pipeline, Envoy truly would be the most superior carrier out there.

    See post #12 (5-7-2019).

“Now, if Envoy could finally weed out and get rid of all the guys who didn’t come through the Pipeline, they would seriously start to rock and roll”. - Dacuj.

Your pathological lying is really getting out of hand.

That's because the pipeline pilots are weak, no spine except they run to cpo to snitch.

LIKE I SAID, I never advocated firing these guys. Just normal attrition with constant pipeline hiring will put Envoy in a much more enviable position.

YOU on the other hand are the LIAR.

    Alternative facts, as usual.

Come on a Dacuj, you are the only member here to actually admit to being a liar when it suits your purposes. I don’t have to pull up THAT post for you to deny, do I ?

    This is getting silly.
