    The funny part is no matter what they offer, it won’t solve their staffing problem. Aside from primarily being an industry problem and not an Envoy problem, it’s also an Envoy problem. Envoy has a crap rep and it goes beyond dollars and cents. This is geared towards minimizing attrition outside the flow carrot, but most will leave Envoy after any new deal for a place they would have left before.

    But, they have to keep up appearances in relation to the other WO’s. They’ll never offer an industry leading deal, only keep up with the Jones’s next door.
