I’ve always been more than happy with my choices. Most folks like me are thankful for their jobs but NOT happy watching what the company leadership has done to the product, as well as their treatment of labor.
How you keep singing their praises and continue to ignore that that light at the end of the tunnel right now is an oncoming train that could spell disaster is beyond me.
Even you can clearly see how AAG has fallen behind almost everyone in the industry on numerous levels.

If these weren’t achieved by negotiation, that would mean these were acts of benevolence by Parker/Isom. Since you appear to believe that, just curious as to what the motivation was for those acts ? Do you believe these men are honorable leaders and did so because they believed it to be ethical or if not, why not ?

I'm a Part 121 Scheduled Airline Pilot with 21 years in that capacity. Only 5 years as an American Pilot. I was not hired as an American Airlines Pilot. American Airlines is not the Airline of decades ago, when the operation was industry leading, admired, respected, business travelers flocked too. AA is descending in many quality factors. I only need a few years left to step off this marigold-round. It's better than a Regional Airline, but what a low standard.

If that’s the case, then why have these “honorable” and ethical men refused to implement all contractual provisions to AA pilots 6 1/2 years after agreement ? Why have they failed miserably in any effort at correcting the heinous culture that exists regarding the AA pilot group ? Why do AA pilots reside at least 6th (and falling) in compensation, QWL and treatment after all this time ?

Not that it will make any difference, but might I anyway suggest you sober up before attempting a rebuttal ?
