I guess if they need to transfer other than CRJ’ now they have the pay rates. 🤔🤔🤔

AAG is gonna cover all the bases for potential contingencies going forward. This was to be expected in my opinion.

And AA has pay rates for 747s and A380s. I wouldn't think too much about it.

They will demand concessions to bring the 20 Compass E175's to Envoy, under threat of giving them to PSA.....

somebody in Euseless needs to run the calculations on maximum E175's if they've taken the 2 seats out of the CRJ's....

Not gonna happen. AAG doesn’t have the resources available, nor does PSA to start a new fleet program on that certificate.
Would they possibly use that as a threat? Maybe so, but anyone with more than two active brain cells ( this counts out Da Spooge ) would smell the bullsh!t from miles away.

Well, in the past the company along with aggressive assistance from Envoy ALPA convinced this pilot group to take bankruptcy concessions or face draconian cuts (the “bad or worse” scenario I’ve described before) via 1113. Problem was A. No 1113 had been filed with the court and B. Even if one had, it’s likely little would have been gained as Envoy labor costs aside from not having anything to with the Chapter 11 filing, were at or below the competition. The threat was enough and the sheep went “Baaaahhhh.....” and complied.

If one looks at history, brain cells (or lack thereof) and threats have proven quite effective in manipulating this pilot group. The resources part, I agree. Soon, AAG will have no excess resources at ANY of the WO’s and will start to have to consider burning the furniture to heat the house. Which furniture gets the match first and where it’s piled up are still wildcards.

The first furniture to be burned is duplicitous Management positions. This has already been occurring with old AMR middle managers being shown the door with little or no notice. It only stands to reason that as time marches on, the possibility of a merge between two if not all three of the WOs becomes more plausible. This was the scenario when AMR bought and owned the original franchise eagles.
    Again, just my opinion.

And just in case they want to bring on some AN-148s, they have the rates too!

Looks like an investment that even Druncle Dougweiser would avoid.
