Busted checkrides bruised and then broke his fragile ego, so it’s tough to see into the empty skull area where nothing is. I just wonder which checkride that he busted was the one that sent him into the deep end..........the first or the sixth ? Whichever it was, it must have been a former Chaparral guy as he seem to have a real hatred for them.

And a guy with a dui. Although in his defense he was very remorseful and a great pilot. Just made a mistake early in his career.
I too miss eagle lounge. Went to crap after they changed the name.
I wonder what daspooge thinks of ca roger victors latest post about the fapa job fair.

Have to remember dacuj is no pilot. He is a pilot in name only, there is a difference, besides what you expect from someone on special assignment perpetually. Dacuj has no integrity or can be trusted with chop sticks, he would hurt himself.

Sure wish all of you negative Nancy-s would take a hike over to EL and LEAVE here.
I would also like to ask THE forum grifter to stop making comments about my military background. I only brought that up to bring my status above these dumb RTP guys who have "service" but likely never left the Ft Rucker practice area. IMO we do not need these guys on property. The pipeline is spooled up and full now. Why would you bring on these jerks now is the question.

You HAVE no “military background” insofar as the only description you’ve provided here. To have one means you served in at least one branch of the armed forces. Make believe doesn’t count. As for your insulting derogatory inference to Envoy pilots you also have a grudge against (who DO have non-phony actual military backgrounds), I would ask the forum crackpot to stop making comments regarding their collective aeronautical fitness.

First your military experience, you said you were in reenactments, that's not military.
Second, RTP versus cadet, well the RTP has knowledge and experience. I would not criticize their deployments. Most if not all have been to the desert.
Third, cadet. Nothing wrong with the program except that you and company make them out to be gifts to aviation. They pick up computer systems quick but flying ability not there, but will come with time.
Difference between RTP and cadet, RTP has flight experience and cadets have an iphone.

Considering AA’s obstacles, these young cadets will likely have many years to hone their skills before they touch a Boeing or Airbus. Besides, if the king of checkride failures can stagger through, they should have few problems in many years when that happens or they take their additional experience to more lucrative and rewarding career opportunities.
We must remember that based on total compensation, QWL and culture, AA pilots trail the pack among their peers and even finishing is questionable for those more junior.

I’m convinced 100 percent dacuj is a troll. I had my suspicions before but now it’s confirmed after his latest post. I’d even go as far as saying he is an rtp guy. The military guys are on a whole other level as far as screwing with someone that we can’t fathom. Dacuj is for sure a troll. I can sleep better now.

But as I’ve said before, troll or not, he is useful. Anyone who is willing to represent themselves as an idiot while also providing others a reason to discuss the realities of the flow and AA serves a purpose.
I take him at face value while making the most use out of him.

$117,000/year to start ? Flow to a premier legacy ?
Almost sounds like Envoy. If only AA was a premier legacy as opposed to a malignant LCC, would they be the same. Envoy’s flow is now run-of-the-mill as almost everyone’s doing it and soon it won’t be almost everyone. Those with paths to Delta, United and perhaps soon Southwest have a real payoff, especially since those carriers have solid futures whereas AA’s is questionable.
