The latest update I can see is January of last year. Looks pretty much defunct.

It is especially noteworthy to read the most recent court documents. APA has made multiple attempts to either have the suit thrown out or moved to a more favorable location and has failed. This is set to go to trail unless APA successfully negotiates a deal. To get this far, the allegations have to have serious merit and AAG is part of the mix.

No guarantee on the outcome, but FTPC is also looking to overturn SLI in addition to the wrongs of APA/AMR/AAG. Two separate issues and the SLI is much harder IMO.

Last court motion result was June of last year denying APA their “in Limine” motion. It is in no way “defunct” and very much running the correct, but lengthy process to trial.

I know if you could find a way to help screw them, you’d do it. But........once again you have put yourself in a position of explaining your claim. So Mr. Bankrupt of Substance, tell us specifically all how this is “crap” ?

Note: I will giggle uncontrollably if they prevail knowing it will drive you to your mom’s liquor cabinet again. Then, you can puke me a puddle.

Similar principle should be used to stop PSA/PDT flows until the same length of service at ENY are flowing. All three are AAG owned companies, but guys with 5 years of AAG seniority are flowing ahead of guys with 11 years a AAG seniority....
but, all three are ALPA, so you won’t see any action from the union. ENY Pilots should file DFR against ALPA for allowing it.
AA/TWA, Pinacle Holdings and othe cases all support it... heck, you even have company SA stooges saying your an AA pilot once your hired at ENY... so, why is another AA pilot hired at PSA/PDT transferring to the bigger planes ahead of our (your) guys?
