United is planning “unforgettable” event for flight attendants.

United Airlines is calling it “Backstage 2019.” And judging from the video invitation United management sent to more than 25,000 frontline flight attendants Tuesday afternoon, it’s time to cue the klieg lights for an event that looks to be part informational and part showbiz production to get flight attendants on board with the carrier’s long-term strategy to make United the best, most efficient, and most caring airline in the industry.

American Airlines 'service analysts' on flights upsetting some flight attendants.

“service analyst” is a members of AA’s management on flights.

American flight attendants who feel their presence is yet another way management is checking up on them. Flight attendants already were upset about new work rules introduced on Oct. 1 that many believe were unnecessarily punitive.

Doug Parker keeps cooking up crisis in order to put the squeeze on employees to achieve his plan.
    Welcome to the Family...

Inspiration and reward ALWAYS produces superior results to intimidation and isolation.
