    Compass birds contract up in just a few months. RI on record stating he wants the WOs to do the majority of flying. Whispers of LA out there. Another good thing potentially in the works for Envoy.

    I would watch out when a FA is whispering in your ear.....it never turns out good.

    Hate to say this, but, no LA base. Some fly through but that's it. AAG will give additional flying to skywest out of LA.

    So let me get this straight.
    Youíre trying to get us to believe that envoy is going to get the 20 Compass birds on top of the 25 that are starting to arrive next month?!
    How the hell are they going to staff them?

    Those planes will stay in the system with Compass pilots. They will become envoy employees.
    Letís wait and see if they get date of hire like they did with Business Express or Street CAís with bonus and flow.

    I literally talked to Parker last month in my AA new hire class. Compass planes coming to Envoy. Going to MIA. Skywest to increase LAX. Republic in MIA moving to the NE ( PHL and DCA).

    Everyone knows compass planes are coming back to us. Multiple high ups have said this the last few years. And yes, I asked Parker the question so I did talk to him.

    And it was a group of 51 (45 new hires and a few return to work pilots).

    If you were in an AA new hire class last month, I think it would be more apt to say those Compass planes are coming back to “you” or “Envoy” and not “us”.     Even with you haters here, I think it's clear that everyone agrees the Compass birds are coming home to Envoy. Of course you don't believe the LA base will materialize and there is the slight chance that Envoy could decide to go with fly through in LA with the 20 175s and just open a base there a bit further in the future. Yes, MIA will gain some 175 flying as a result of this and eventually it will be a co base with 145/175 there. Also, take a look at the 175 leases RAH has, who owns them and what may happen there. More to come..

    The parade scene from Animal House seems most appropriate here. As the new baton twirler of Envoy, I have no doubt you'll make that crisp turn into the alleyway and lead them to their destiny. Just a suggestion though,...........avoid assigning gap-toothed mouth breathers into the horn section for obvious reasons.

    Speaking of new bases. Itís November and thereís been no announcement. Will the resident Nostradamus/ Towne Crier admit he was wrong? Not likely since he also fails answer basic questions.

    All additional flying in dca and phl will be picked up by RAH, dfw and lax flying will be picked up by skywest. Even when the 20 E175's that might show up to wnevoy the above will remain the same.
