Mesa 175s don't operate for AA. They operate for United in Dulles and Houston.

Mesa keeps getting daily cancellations due to mainteinance or no crew availability.. now you see all these 9300 flights assigned to us because they can't staff them. I don't understand why they are getting more flying out of DFW.
Bakersfield, Monterey, Burbank and Yuma out of DFW are going to be flown by Mesa.

DP and JO were Crandall kids back in the 80s. After leaving AMR Dougweiser eventually became the Boss at America West which later bought USair. Johnny O. went on to become CEO of MAG.
Since then, their relationship has been somewhat symbiotic with MAG giving USAG a cash infusion during BK, and in return the reverse happened when Mesa was in chapter 11. Supposedly AAG owns a 10% stake in MAG as well.
Urban legend/rumor has it that theyíve been inseparable since a drunken encounter at a college frat party where they docked penises.

A guy with SIX total confirmed DUI stops, and 3 convictions racing cars?
Who in their right mind would want to be on a track at the same time with him?!
