Nope have not seen them but I know they are around every 15th and 30th of the month. They leave a message on my pay deductions.

As the conversation heats up on pay rate, the ALPA MEC wants to make it clear that frank discussions about pay increases are continuing. The fact of the matter is, the Company has no desire and does not believe there is a reason to talk about pay because we are not in Section 6 contract negotiations, there is insufficient attrition, and there is an overabundance of pilots willing to work for Envoy for our current rates and bonus structure(s).

“Complete lie from the Union, just some words to give you hope. There is no conversation about pay at all. They are only talking about Reserve rules. Total BS, just to give you hope.”

Now you will see, how they will say is not true. Believe me they are not talking pay at all. Company doesn’t want to hear any pay issues. And that’s the end of it. Nice try ALPA.

Kind of strange that they’d make it sound as if actual talks about pay came up.
EVERY time I’ve talked to my reps they’ve told me that the company refuses to even talk about compensation.

I'm sure ALPA has brought up talks of pay. And then company says, "thanks, but no thanks". That's about the extent of the talks.

Envoy has flow. No need to raise the pay rates.

    Thanks. Management.

Enhancing the flow has been the prime focus has been the focus of the MEC for the last several years. I remember some comments to the effects that there is no need for pay scales beyond 7 years because all FO's will upgrade by then and all Capts will have flowed. Now we are reaping the effects of that mentality. The time to negotiate pay was before the contract was signed. Now the company has no obligation to even consider modifying the pay scales.

That's what happens when pilots with no experience as negotiators go up against a fortune 500 company and their lawyers, negotiators and analysts.

Without pay rate increase (if you cannot get pay rate increases) the mec should be pushing for 1for 2 duty rig and 1.75 per 4 hour trip rig.

They’ll only fight for the pilots to a certain point. They’ve seen what happens when you go all in to fight for what’s right. They’ll only push hard enough to say they’re trying. Anything more makes them a target.

Realistically, I don’t blame them one bit. ALPA at regionals is an oxymoron, and little more than window dressing.

Dude, you are flying a junker 145 for Via Air of all places. At least Envoy 145s are top of the line with great maintenance and refurbed interiors. Let me ask you a question. Does Via have a flow?

Once again you speak of old news and now false info.
You fail to answer simple questions when posed.
You fail to admit when proven wrong on other posts.
Why you continue to come here with your weak attempts to carry the company’s water is beyond comprehension.
Your lack of credibility IS entertaining to say the least.

Lol WTF? He hasn't been there is 3 years. Ask what he's flying now and how much he's making and most importantly, his QOL is amazing.

Regardless of your status as a hater I think you will agree with me on one thing. Flying for Via Air is nowhere in the same UNIVERSE as flying for American Airlines.

I, unlike you will actually answer a question.
Via air is an upstart niche carrier with lots of issues stemming from growing pains and an over zealous new to the industry ownership team. Working for them is not on the same level as working at a regional with ties to a legacy carrier.
When are you going to wake up from your delusional dream that envoy pilots are American Airlines pilots? How many of your current coworkers would agree with your belief?

OK, I'll see your bet and raise you 100. Envoy pilots are hired AS American Airlines pilots. They will never have to interview again. A simple departmental transfer is all that will happen. Notice comments on other forums. Envoy seats are HARD to come by. It's the most coveted seat in the industry, because of...the flow to AA. Essentially yes, you are an AA pilot on Day 1 of indoc at Envoy. Because of what is noted above. In addition, walking down the A terminal in DFW, you would be hard pressed to pick out an AA pilot vs. an Envoy pilot. Uniforms. Same. Airplanes. NN numbers owned by AAG just like AA's. Same Jetnet and DECS systems. Wholly easier for an Envoy pilot to simply transfer than bring an outside guy in and bring him up to speed on everything the Envoy pilot already knows and does each day.
