Actually many better scheduling provisions and most importantly, if a Spirit pilot loses his medical a MUCH better Disability provision. Better work QWL (happier employee) and better downside protection in loss of ability to fly commercially.

Working for the largest airline isn't the best thing since slice bread.....if their pay, work rules, contract, and QOL is the worst out of the major airlines.

Just because it is the largest airline doesn't make it the best.

Those are the true facts Dacuj.

    No kidding.
I miss my Skull and Cross Bones lanyard.
The ORD CP was so upset when he saw it, I thought the bulging veins on his temples were going to explode. That, and my OG original American flag tie with the Eagle head on the bottom that Id been wearing since the renaming.

I guess Cuj is unaware that EVERY carrier flying under the Eagle banner has their pilots wearing AA lanyards.

"AA" new hires are also given a "free" contrail flight bag compliments of APA, complete with APA logo. Welcome to the circus!

Note: A circus is a company of performers who put on diverse entertainment shows that may include clowns, acrobats, trained animals, trapeze acts, musicians, dancers, hoopers, tightrope walkers, jugglers, magicians, unicyclists, as well as other object manipulation and stunt-oriented artists.
