Rumor has it that F&H Solutions was involved in the architecture.
Let’s see if another “Bring on the pain” tour is about to begin.

A few of the bullet points included pay raise to match ENY rates,
    50% of lines would have a minimum 12 days off(it’s currently 11).
    300% critical coverage OT gone.
Vague reserve language that was being sold by the company as improvement.
Those are the ones I heard about.
Anyone else with more or better info please chime in.

    LOL !

Sounds like classic lowball offer to me.

Pay rates to match Envoy ? Is that even industry standard ?

Half the lines get an extra day off ? Is that metric already occurring in most instances ?

Pilots then pay for the above emptiness with loss of 300% OT ?

More meaningless ambiguous language easily exploited ?

Color me unimpressed. Not surprising though. My biggest question is what moronic Association leadership actually agreed to pass that onto the pilots for vote. Staggering.

There, like here the representation is made up mostly of people banking on the flow and afraid of rocking the boat one would assume.
That being said, since F&H had a hand in it, is anyone really surprised?

The downside of a flow-thru..............most simply pray they get through the gate before it slams shut and will rationalize anything necessary to grease their own ride at the expense of the chumps behind them. Hate to say it, but just add yet another red flag to the sea of red flags I’ve mentioned previously.

That’s just one of your many mistakes, homey......they’re not MY red flags. They exist apart from me and they are real. You can go Ostrich until you suck your last sand flea, but that changes nothing above ground.

The clock is ticking, unless you are a protected pilot, you are going to see who had bad info. The Non-PP’s are going to learn a Big lesson after the PP group is gone. But one that will make them grow up as a group.

This is why you never do or allow bonus programs that can be taken away as soon as they think their staffing is better. Durable concrete pay scale raises like Endeavor and Republic.

Rock the boat too much here and you get targeted.... it’s not worth it.

I mean, we are following Endeavor, right? Who was the first to vote in 4/12? Then big sign on bonuses? Now it’s a “durable concrete pay scale.”

    What a dumb a** statement.

Newsflash Einstein. As long as AA is hiring the flow doesn’t stop. It’s CONTRACTUAL.
