    I see what you did there...

    Maybe I missed it but was this mainline, one of ours, an alter Eagle? I had about a quarter of a plane load of people that were checked in but going to be late getting through security about a month ago. Called dispatch and talked to some managers and just delayed the flight. Got everyone onboard and left 5 minutes late. SMH.

    Is there fear of punitive action among agents if they donít get a flight out on time at Envoy ? If so, is it any different at AA ? If not, is there any difference in product quality between the operations ? Do other airlines do this ? If they do, are they more or less aggressive in this practice ?

    So many questions at AA lately and seems like so few answers. Personally, my biggest question(s) as of late is what is AA becoming and where is it going ?

    I try to always open the standby list in CCI to see if theyíre clearing folks and also see if there are any jumpseaters.
    If there are seats in the back and people still at the gate I wonít leave. I e called ops and told them to give me the delay if thatís what itíll take. No repercussions to date having done this numerous times.
    I know this is a different situation but if you know there are folks that can be accommodated, say something.

    The passengers ultimately pay my paycheck, so...I don't mind helping them out when I have the ability to do so, particularly if I have to go against the company's irrational push for D+0.
