Hmmm. Is this a rhetorical question?

Looking for a Few Good Men ....

    A UNIQUE PHILOSOPHY
Collaborative Labor Relations Group is not your typical labor consulting agency. Our consultants are previous labor leaders who have a proven track record of building and maintaining a collaborative relationship between management and labor. In far too many cases, labor is viewed as a road block to success when in fact, engaged properly, can be a corporation’s greatest asset. CLR consultants are available to help you build that relationship on solid footing with mutual respect, that will endure through challenging negotiations and corporate profitability cycles.

I always laughed at the absurdity of this statement, especially considering its authors origin. Historically, no Collective Bargaing Group has been as “collaborative” as Eagle/Envoy’s MEC leadership while concurrently receiving the least “respect” in return for the pilots who estrust their futures to them. Consider all the diluted agreements past and present and the contractual abuse and disregard that has now become so accepted, it’s considered normal.

What an absurd statement/question. From Nootpilot nonetheless. Your "question" is moot as another picket line in the airline business will never happen again.

While there may never be a picket line to cross, you’ve pretty much convinced everyone one here that you wouldn’t hesitate to take it up the pooper for a newer, bigger, shinier ride regardless of the damage to QOL etc.
People like you are the one’s that Jerry Glass count on to make his job that much easier.

..... or more likely work to make sure others take it up the chute if it greases his climb up the management ladder. Not a union bone in his body.
