That's how Letter 3 worked. Thanks for the clarification. Of course, I assume the company still has the option to waive a lock-in even though they never have (at least with Letter 3).
This is incorrect. Once in the pool they flow in seniority order. Example, lets' say it takes three months from selection to flow. Junior pilot c is selected in January. All the senior guys aren't qualified, due to seat lock. Senior pilot A is selected in February because his seat lock is now up. AA only takes 1 pilot in March. Pilot A will go.

They flow in seniority order but have to be qualified to do so.

Confused again. Are you saying there are no scenarios where junior pilots can flow first even though they complete their lock-iin’s first ? If so, it means pilots must wait for those senior to complete lock-in so THEY can flow, which means either the flows slows due to a logjam, flow is done out of Envoy seniority or lock-ins are waved.

    Confused? Hardly.

Read it again. Pilots flow in seniority order out of the pool. You have to be flow qualified to enter the pool at the time of selection.

I think you are confused. My previous point of being confused was about me, not you. I read it again and still not so clear. Your effort here was a little better. I understand then itís no completed lock-in, no pool. No pool, no flow.

    Is this correct ?

correct. You could have junior people flowing first, but that would be by the senior pilot's choice. Flow won't be within 12 months of upgrade unless someone bypasses it. Self induced.

I don’t have the details to your present agreement. Also, if you review this thread, several pilots have contradicted each other.
