Feed the question to a non-employee friend to post.

Where is ALPA if pilots are being bullied like this ? Sounds like another example of the MEC being absentee landlords to me.

I guess things are far worse there then I thought, but I bet that will inevitably be self-correcting. As pilots come to Envoy and realize they’ve been snookered, they will likely be telling friends and acquaintances considering Envoy with the inevitable results. On that note, I wonder if that is already manifesting itself with lackluster HVA numbers and dwindling poacheees ?

Calling recruitment out on their lies on Facebook gets you removed from the line and sent to DFW for the day to meet the Bob's. Once there, you can ask them all your questions but they won't show you any data or evidence to back up their claims. They just bring you down to intimidate you.

Intimidation seems to be their latest favorite item on the menu these days.
The watch list for extra fuel is another example.

For this to change, a MAJOR shift in how AAG does business and the relationship between mainline and their regional system must occur.
    Or park/transfer planes.....

Agreed. It’s but one aspect of a “major shift” in what they are doing/planning. Unless street captains start falling out of trees, they have issues.
