IMO, I think your company would find a lot more "support" if the pilots felt equally supported in return. Is your solution simply for pilots to disconnect their ethical compasses and become like you ?

Support the company???!!! Haha thatís hilarious. How about the company starts supporting itís employees for once. Maybe youíll see a reciprocal attempt once that starts happening.

What about the company doing coach and councils for calling in sick with notes, then giving people step letters for getting sick more than 3 times a year and not being able to fly? Being penalized for following the FARs and using our contractual sick time is a great way to manage and motivate employees to support the company...

Youíre so far out of knowing how to deal with people itís amazing. Good luck this summer. Should be a fun show to watch when all these threats and intimidation backfire on management.

    Stop asking questions?
I support this company every day Iím at work by doing my job to the best of my abilities.
You and your circle jerk buddies come on here and post NOTHING but propaganda and NEVER answer questions with factual data. Instead, you attack anyone that isnít onboard with your opinions.

Laying low until he gets his APA card ? I mean, IMO what use would he be without it ? In the interim, flipper's picked up the fish and is swimming with it.

Or punishing us for asking for CA ADD fuel because dispatch can't properly plan altitudes or speeds on the release. Or filing us in level 3 turbulence with no enroute turbulence gas. Or through the weather with no lateral deviation fuel? But my God the second we call for CA add CM puts us on a list to discipline us. And yes, the FAA has been notified.

Yep, I hear a lot of people are on said list. Next time youíre dispatched with 270 pounds of taxi fuel at the hub with no wiggle room, go ahead and make that on time departure. With the advent of rebanking, more often than not youíll be 10 or deeper in the que once reaching the runway. Since weíve all seen the HI6s mentioning people messing up taxi instructions, I suggest not attempting to contact dispatch via acars or voice link. You donít need that extra distraction that could lead you to be the subject of the next ďdont do thisĒ communique. Taxiing is considered sterile. Now youíre probably not going to be legal with min T/O fuel, so you ask to be taken out of line and head back for more gas.

Theyíre now claiming 56 percent of all aa new hires are envoy flows. Some other ďfactsĒ I noticed: 12 months to Dfw (even though we displaced 300 numbers out of Dfw on the flowplan), free kcm haha way to take credit for that one, a month and a half of training till hitting the line. The 56 percent kinda gets me heated. Using all my energy not to ask them about it. Source- Facebook envoy recruitment page

    From AA Pilots>Pilot Hiring> Orientation

    2018 Hiring Projections
What are future pilot hiring projections for American Airlines?
Our projections indicate we will hire 730 pilots in 2018. This hiring is a result of many factors, including the fact that a lot of our pilots are approaching the FAA’s mandatory pilot retirement age of 65. About half of our new hire pilots come to us via flow-through agreements with our wholly owned regional carriers. The remainder consists of pilots who come from the large pool of qualified candidates who have applied to be American Airlines pilots.

He's taking the average looking back over the last several years and taking advantage of the years we had a much bigger, sometimes complete piece of the pie.

Probably not a very smart idea.
