    You do realize that PSA is a much smaller carrier right? And that they flow a max of 10 per month. Their flow metrics are actually worse than Envoy's. When you're the big kid on the block and you've got more people because everybody wants to be there, you've got to house and feed all those people. The dynamics of the flow are the same but our calculations are superior to PSA's which gives us the edge on flow metrics overall.

    Dacuj is right. PSA was MUCH smaller years ago so it's possible a 2013 new hire will flow before a 2008 hire at Eagle. When you have 500 pilots vs 3000 back in 2013, it happens. Math is hard. Now, a new hire NOW will flow sooner at Envoy than PSA. This is a great example of people being lazy and not asking the union for answers or reasons which has been discussed multiple times in multiple venues.

    Two different issues. QWL is a concept experienced WHILE working for Envoy and the flow is a mechanism to work somewhere else.

    So PSA new-hires of today while flow longer then 8-9 years ? Not likeky. Besides, itís a fools errand to project almost s decade from now no matter which Eagle you work for.

    They're nearly our size and flow 10 a month. We flow 25. So yes, they will flow later at PSA.

    That would approximate a 20-25 year flow. If thatís the case, outside attrition there will be much more then Envoy and flow time will likely be significantly less then present. Again, meaningless as even 5 years from now. Envoy and PSA could and likely will be in very different situations.
