Brandy is back in the hospital. Long story short, she is back on the insurance offered by the company, starting January 2018. Her insurance cards have not arrived in the mail, so I am trying to find them online. I feel I have searched the Benefits section, but I canít find what Iím looking for. Any ideas?

Pay & Benefits > Benefits > Plan Administrators > Medical > BCBSTX Link. Can view card from there.

We use a mail forwarding address since we live in an RV, so it takes a few weeks for mail to finally find us. Thanks for the best wishes.

When I click that, the BCBS Texas site loads, but it says in red, ‘This Portal is temporarily Disabled’. I can click a few links, but none of them have any pertinent info.

Weird. Working fine for me. 1 (888) 706-0583 is the number for the internet help desk and (800) 676-2583 is the member services number.

Thought you flowed? If so, it would not be Envoy cards. If you didn't flow, and no plan change, you don't get new cards.

I flowed. She was screwed by the company about an IOD, and she then had one of the ObamaCare plans that we just paid for out of pocket. That plan is being terminated for everyone. She is now back at work at envoy, and signed up for insurance through Envoy.

Thanks Cuj. It’s going to take several months, but should eventually be ok.
