FYI. We have a couple of banner classes coming up. Just wait. The negative punditry here will be eating serious crow.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to make those banners you see in front of stores. Like stores closing everything 75 percent off.

Until those “banner” Envoy new hire classes are matched to “banner” flow through to AA classes, (ie. full 50%/no meter), there is nothing to see here. Move along.

No one has a problem with full new hire classes. The issue is conditions for current employees.

Even the most die hard haters here should agree that huge class numbers are the way to true 50% flow. Translation: It’s in the numbers stupid.

The stupid ones are those that believe Management will actually increase flow beyond the meter amount.

The response I expected from a bunch of haters who only know how to pack together and pounce when anyone with positive news posts. I was loving it when you were posting we would NEVER get more than 30 new hires a month nearly two years ago. 70 is now a LOW month for new hires. I deliberately withheld that in my first post so I could come back here and rub this hypocrisy in your face. We had 100 a couple of months ago and not a mention here. Nope, more doom and gloom was all I heard here.

How does the flow get trued up when there's no written language requiring the company to do so? They have no incentive to true up.

Fish breath, you were not getting more than 30 pilots per month even with flow, aag had to bump f/O pay to 4th year for all f/o's plus what is it now 40 thousand bonus. Fish man, people go where the money is and junior pilots are NOT waiting for flow if they get an offer from outside.
But like always, qol sucks at envoy, pay sucks, schedules suck other than that there is flow.

How exactly are these “banner classes” beneficial to us when our management has already admitted that they plan on flowing only at the metered amount of pilots each month? Rhetorical question...it doesn’t. QOL will remain in the toilet and flow will continue at a trickle.

The contract says 50% or 25 flows per month. No mention of hiring new pilots. Unless the company does not intend to honor the contract, new hire classes do not much matter to current pilots. Especially given the company's unwillingness to improve QOL and how the contract is basically FAR minimum as it is.

No we are not haters we are just tired of the constant amount of BS you are spewing, while conveniently never addessing the problems at AE.

Right on but I must clarify. It says 50 percent of every class. Due to operational necessity the company may meter the flow to 25 a month minimum. For operational necessity. Huge difference in the fine print. We are not short staffed anymore. Plus we’re having banners that say record breaking new hire classes.
