    It's between 5 and 6. Note that the OFFICIAL document above has it right at 6.

    Again your comprehension of reality is off. I dont know of any 5-6 year Envoy pilots flowing to AA right now. I know of some 11-12 year pilots that will flow soon though.

    I understand reading comprehension is not your strong suit, but, the chart shows year 7 as the flow date.

    And 7 is now optimistic for a new hire. I've heard the latest projections show a new hire between 8 and 9 at which point the flow has basically no value.

    So money is supposed to make up for not seeing your family 2/3rds or more of the month, not seeing your kids growing up, not being able to get days off for important or enjoyable events in your life, and generally feeling like the company doesn't appreciate the 10+ years of your life you devoted to the company? Got it.

    Nope. The money is for the alimony payments because your ex got tired of you never being around for her and your kids.

    An aggressive grifter will always try to get you to look somewhere else besides the con (or while he puts his hand into your pocket). In the case of the issues pilots apparently face while trying to survive at Envoy, what better distraction then an AA pay chart ?

    Our resident grifter obviously is relying on old tricks.

    I heard a couple handfuls of captains "flowed" over to Delta last month alone...curious why they didn't stick around to flow to American. Must be throwing their careers away.
