    It goes without saying. Another HUGE congratulations is in order for our newest Captain's. Welcome to the left seat.

    Hard to believe that the 2.5/5.x was ridiculed by so many and now that it's less than 2.5 for the upgrade, that's not 2.5 years, it's less than 2.5 months, lots are still howling at the moon about how things blow here. I've been proved right on many occasions and I wasn't even close to being right on the upgrades. I was proven wrong but in the total opposite direction. I saw the upgrade less than 2, maybe 1.5 at some points but I never predicted immediate upgrades.

    I was also proven right with the opening of MIA. A bunch of a** holes claimed BS forever on that one, well, you know what happened. All the talk about a new base is still floating around. It's just a matter of when, not if. At the appropriate time that it makes sense, the trigger will be pulled.

    It's only under 2 years because pilots are coming in from other regionals.

    Wrong. It would be 2 years regardless. As long as the pilot is qualified, 1000 hours SIC, they upgrade. Doesn't matter if they come in from another regional or not.

    He's bragging about under 3 month upgrades. None of those are legacy Eagle or Envoy pilots. They're other regional pilots coming in with qualified times aka street captains.

    Or get FORCED to upgrade. That's sad and wrong on so many levels.

    ANY new hire that is qualified can hold the seat. Regardless of where they came from. ALL "legacy" Eagle or Envoy pilots CAN upgrade and have been able to if they choose.

    Except most the last 6 months chose not to. Now they were forced to. Again, it's absolutely scary and pathetic the company is FORCING people to upgrade instead of fixing the reason why they don't want to like increasing compensation or reserve QOL (and no, the new RSV LOA is a joke.)

    Who do you mean by “we”...........you and your fellow lapdogs ?

    Sounds to me like if he WAS running the company, there would be at least some hope that the ills that have befallen this poor, hapless pilot group might be addressed and that would IMO bring this pilot group a ray of joy to remove what now sounds like the grey clouds of depression.

    So you're not denying FO's eligible to upgrade the last 6 didn't due to many reasons including QOL issues. Why were there months multiple bids with unfilled vacancies? Why did the company FORCE pilots to upgrade if this company is so perfect and has no issues like you clearly think?

    What about all those after the pipe line guys? All the pilots coming from other regionals that from this day on chose Endeavor over Envoy? Are you REALLY saying we don't need an Endeavor style TA or at least prebankruptcy contract? Why are you so AGAINST improvements here?

    Same here. Had a few friends have had an interview here and strongly waiting for a class date and now have an interview at endeavor and they have now become their top choice.

    Company needs CAs as evidence of FORCING FOs to upgrade.....pipeline guys are going to cut it. They need current 121 guys to come here and many now are being drawn towards endeavor.


    Money/QOL talks bull**** walks.
