    No one can say that yet. Personally, I think Envoy will still get pilots for now, but you'll note other carriers that actually VALUE their pilots are making sweeping changes instead of offering questionable Band-Aids. I think pilots here should also take note of the differences between a real union (and company for that matter) that looks out for their pilots and an Association of invertebrate flow-thru beggars that have al but abandoned them. Endeavor couldn't do this without Delta and Delta knows a precious commodity when they see it and takes care of their pilots.

    Not an Envoy pilot, but if I was, my first question would be, "don't you think you should have done this before negotiating anything of critical importance instead of after the fact ? ".

    The Endeavor TA effectively tanks this deal IMO....anyone voting realizing they got long call with bonus for short call is gonna say "the hell with this, we want that!"

    See post #65. Sums that up nicely. Remind them that per Doug AAG will never be in the red again so it's time to help us help them and show us the money!

    ETA: I should have said "They give back everything they took in the BK plus the Endeavor TA and then some. The pilot group gives up nothing."

    That was my exact thought as well! But lets hope that EDV passes the TA for starts. In the EDV forum on APC, those guys aren't happy at all. They think the pay should be way higher and they're PISSED they didn't get a full blown flow.

    While our mec and nc play with themselves cpming to us with bull shi t loa's that really do nothing for the pilot on property.

    Money talks and bull shi t walks, right now the mec and aag are not walking, they are in full sprint.

    I keep hearing "You can't eat your cake and have it too" and "We can't negotiate anything better because Endeavor has PBS and we don't". It's really hard to buy the argument that our scheduling department is so incompetent that they can't work without half the pilot base being on reserve with 11 days off per month (not including JM's), airport ready reserve, AND beating the pilot group mercilessly with step 1 advisories and MA calls. We honestly shouldn't have to negotiate anything, especially after Endeavor announced their new TA. I don't care how angry they are about it on APC, my Alumni is passing it around their Facebook group and already drooling over it. Envoy is going to see our influx of newhires slow to a trickle if they can't offer competitive wages and working conditions. They should be offering us pay raises and better QOL for free if they want to keep their shiny new jets staffed beyond the next 3-4 years.

    And sadly, it will take that happening for AAG to act. Reactive, not proactive. Their mantra.
