What is 2nd and 3rd year FO pay?
I always tell the truth. Even when I lie.

I assume to compare FO pay + retention bonus while holding a line/picking up OT to 2nd/3rd year CA pay while on reserve.

Then the problem now is captain pay is low and needs to be increased dramatically if that's the issue. Just an idea.

If we are forcing FOs to upgrade what is the purpose of having just the FOs have the retention bonuses? Looks like they should now just be CA retention bonuses.

AAG made their bed now they can lie in it. The flow brought minimal applicants, now bonuses brining more. The bonuses was going to set up a pay battle as it is now. Two options, get rid of f/o bonuses or drastically raise captain pay. AAG's choice. Either way, they will have to do it to all w/o's.
