Partially right in regards to the 824. Everybody else came about thanks to the agreement your union inked with the company.

If only "everybody else" had the arbitrated weight of Nicolau's FLO-0108 award as opposed to a simple contractual provision "inked" with the company. Considering how all too many contractual provisions inked with the company seem to be optional when no longer convenient, what happens when (not if) the new-hires dry up to the degree Envoy has to start relinquishing ASM's ? The reason they are offering a fat incentive to previous 121 pilots is they know that this particular source of new-hires is finite and once exhausted, things get tense. The Universities cant feed the Envoy engine alone even with the curious dabbler's adding a small percentage. You keep whistling past the cemetery on this issue, instead adopting a Pollyanna sky's the limit philosophy. That's a recipe for crushing disappointment and subsequent hysterical panic if you ask me.

This is true to a degree.
The current union leadership just wrings their hands, and shrugs their shoulders. The majority of them are afraid to actually stand and deliver for fear of rocking the boat and potentially harming their chance to flow.
    Management loves this.

Incorrect. An arbitrator brought the flow that is enjoyed today. The previous flow through agreement expired.

Actually that piece of s h I t (tg) sold the pilot group out but as we know you don't support pilots so you fit well with th.

Beside tg did not bring flow to this property.

Well it is positive that Doug has stated that even in lean times the airline should have profits of ~$3B. I think that the cause of this is more to do with the fact that we are part of an Oligopoly.

No one is enjoying it right now and those that will in the future, can plan on doing so at minimum rate by all present indications despite the claims by accomplished grifters such as yourself.

For those concerned about the pay, keep in mind that Envoy has the highest pay at anytime in history, including the old American Eagle days. Who would have believed you back in 2010 if you said Envoy would be starting new hires at 60k plus?

In 2010 I should have left for Compass, I'd been a Delta pilot for a couple years now.

How about captain pay? QOL? You are great at name calling and personal bashing.

I understand what you are trying to say here, but such a blanket statement makes it dead wrong. The group of folks who are currently flowing would have been paid more under the previous contract that wasnít capped at 12 years. Some of those people would be on 14-15 year pay instead of locked at 12.

Why don't you specify new hire pay?
    It ain't so for others.

Don't forget to factor in inflation (and perhaps health care premiums, if those went up substantially too). Have hourly rates increased more then inflation or been adjusted upward via new contractual provisions ? Sounds to me like the only pilots that have truly been blessed with higher pay that translates to improved earning power are new-hires and pilots net yet employed by Envoy. That is not for the benefit of the Envoy pilot group, but for the interests of management. Once again, the grifter is using distraction and deflection to get you to focus your attention where he wants it to be, not where it should be.

This is way to complicated for these weak minds that management have to understand this concept. Again they don't care about the pilots already on property.

Not just Envoy though. Over at AA, the effort is to get pilots to focus solely on pay rates to measure themselves against their peers and to judge the company on its claims of culture change, but for a true comparison of the former, one must include total compensation and for validation of the latter one must examine treatment, which includes contractual adherence (AKA living up to your agreements). Again, twisting reality and using deflection is part of the concept of "managing expectations" in the hope of giving a better impression of reality and that is what the grifter here has been doubling down on lately.

Totally false. Pay is higher for new hires and new FOs only.
