I think that one would be quite easy to explain. Besides everyone is going to flow so it won’t matter.

Right, there are no records kept as per faa, and aag will let you get away with it. Is there not something about attendance
For the future flows after the October 2011 group, easy to make a poor attendance record these days. You're getting pulled in for what was non issue is now a detriment with letters in file. I would not expect the mec to do much. They are the management bitch these days. This is also just an opinion.

Training issues are not attendance issues.

This has got to be the stupidest argument I've ever heard. Purposely bust training to avoid being a CA!?!? WTF has happened to this industry, when people are actually entertaining this disastrous idea!?!? Yeah, QOL is worse here than just about anywhere else, that is the consensus. Go ahead and do that, and ask to be put back in the right seat... That will unqualify you for your FO bonus too, you know...

I don't think anyone is actually considering purposely failing... I think it's just irrelevant speculation.

AQP Failures can and do happen. They are also part of your permanent record, under the Pilots Record Act.

I think the point they are trying to make in a round about way is, they don't care because they are going to flow to aa, and the failures won't stop them from flowing.

This. Unless crashing the sim, how in the world can you fail AQP training?

. It's plenty possible. When I just went through long term I was sat complete but the pilot I was paired with was unsat on the QLOE.
