Per your AA email account; Twinhill's solution for anyone that received new uniform shirts with eyelets that don't line up with the wings:

Thank you for reaching out in regards to your shirts eyelet placement. If you feel that some of the posts of your badges/wings are not aligning exactly to the eyelets on some shirting, you have the option to have the eyelets on your shirt or blouse repositioned.

If you’d like to request that this repositioning take place, please follow the process outlined below. If you prefer to continue to wear your current garments without repositioning the eyelets that is acceptable and the performance and longevity of your garment will not be affected.

If you would like to participate, please send an email to: *********** Please provide the below information in your initial email request:

    · Your Name
    · Your Employee ID#
    · The number of shirts you are requesting repositioning for (please keep in mind that this process will take 5 – 6 weeks to complete, so keep enough shirts to work)
    · The address you would like your shirts returned to

Please note that eyelet repositioning request can only be made via the ********** email address.

You will receive an automated reply confirming you request has been received, along with important instructions on how to process your request. Please launder the shirts if they have been worn before sending in for eyelet reposition.
