Yes, it performs better. But only when it's not in the hangar; which is not often. MACH .85 actually; because there's always a flight to catch. (The RVSM limit is for p****s). Good luck getting it to 410; only happens on ferries. Which you'll get to do a lot of when you ferry it broken to MQT. In my humble opinion, the ERJ is better, but enjoy what you got. I went from it to the CRJ and prefer the Barbie Jet hands down. If I didn't have MOC on speed dial while I was on it I'd probably prefer the CRJ, but it was just a pain in the a**. The ERJ definitely has a better Lav.

Either way you're still getting paid to fly people around.

Redline is .85, we are limited to .83 though in RVSM.

I don't see the mx issues people claim the CRJ has...I've been on it my whole time at ENY and it hasn't been a hangar queen whatsoever.

Thanks, is M.83 a company limit. I'm unaware of a max limit. We are planned .85 typically.

What, planned at .85!? In a year and a half I've never seen over .80 planned, and that's rare. I typically see .75 to .78.

I've been seeing .80/.81 lately, every once in awhile. But never full blast, that's for sure.

Sorry, I should say I'm not at Envoy. I was just unaware of a .83 limit in RVSM.

Who are you with? I actually thought the .83 in RVSM was a Bombardier thing, not an Envoy thing. Apparently we used to fly around .85 everywhere when the CRJs were new but not anymore.

Ah I'm picking up what you're putting down now. What's redline on that thing?

M.90 but it's burning lots of fuel at that speed. M.85 is the happy place for 747 and that's what we're planned for.

.78 is the Happy place for the 175 and they plan is at .73. Also jato rocket top of climbs, and top of decents 50 miles from the field. Its amazing what dispatch says this plane can do.
