    Exactly. Attrition will hopefully lower the flow time marginally, but it ain't gonna shave off over 2 years.

    Well I observe some of the buttercups and snowflakes in the crew room,they dont think is ok to havr to work on their last day on reserve, i actually saw one throwing a fit over an assignment cause he was gonna miss his early commute home,and now he will get home late. What kind of crap is that. This is the same people that are doing only 2 months reserve on the 175.

    lol, isn't it the pilot dream to make $200,000+ a year and only work a week a month?
