You are 100% wrong schmuck. It's the other way around. 90% of Envoy pilots like it here and are ecstatic about the flow. It's you in the 10% of haters. Flow to AA handed to you on a silver platter and still not satisfied. Sad.

Phin- you're completely changing the subject. I actually completely agree with what you just said. I agree that the vast majority are overall happy here and grateful for the flow. I didn't say anything contrary to such. Now...what I did say was the vast majority are unhappy with the quality of our schedules. Our schedules are one of the top detriments to our QOL at the moment. But I know, we have flow; so how dare any of us be unhappy with any QOL issues. If any of us dare have any negative opinions regarding Envoy QOL we are branded by Phin and Dacuj as "haters", even if we acknowledge the good things Envoy has to offer. We all just need to come to the Phin and Dacuj land of make believe (aka denial) where there isn't a single problem facing this pilot group.

Not whining at all, friendo. Just being realistic. I'm doing fine but that doesn't mean that I don't remember what it's like to commute on RSV, losing time at home with loved ones. Silver spoon? Nah, humble background here, don't even know where you're trying to go with that other than some kind of ad hominem?
This company could have a lot going for it if it would listen to some of the people that post here - I dare say it could Make Eagle Great Again - but it's managed by people that would rather scorn and belittle their own colleagues. Like you just did.

Just checked. My paycheck doesn't say AA, American, American Airlines, AAG, etc. anywhere. It says Envoy.

Phin: This is the level that you've been reduced to? Straight to the personal attacks?

Come on man, you didn't even mention the flow in this post .

Don't forget all the gameplay and hostility with crew scheduling. You have to watch them like a hawk or they'll completely screw you and "forget" the black and white contact. Just fixing THAT alone would be a uuuuge gain.

Of course, all the haters coming out of the woodwork.

FYI: In June I have a line with 14 days of and I'm crediting 85 hours. Partial weekends off. Sounds really crummy huh?

A LOT is coming our way. Bases, simulators, pay raises " finally you will be part of the GROUP, is not going to happen overnight, but 24 months is not a long time, so keep the apps current. There will be fences, they will probably have to buy another airline just to get pilots. Kind of what Southwest did with AirTran. Right now it doesn't make sense but he is not BSing you guys. The only thing he is not telling you is how the whole recruitment effort is not enough and the QOL of this place still sucks...and that, is not going to change for quite a while. Other than that company is desperate because feeders are dropping AAG to devote their resources to United. Kirby vs Doug.
A lot of pilots might find themselves in AA sooner than they think (Eagle rights and flows). You have to reed between the lines...so, keep this real guys, keep educating the people that read this forum, about the issues we face every day...but I can tell you this crazy guy that we all hate, is not as crazy as he sounds. Personally, I can't stand him. Just make sure, that when the music stops, you are where you want to be, base and equipment. Because the music will stop. But we might find ourselves working for the largest regional airline in the world.
Just look the difference in pay between Group I and Group II, so the question is...which Group would you rather grow if you had no Scope?🤔
New sen list out flow pushed back further but....things are getting better here ... 👎

I'm a summer 07 hire. 175 CA and my flow was originally October or so of 2017. Now it's "projected" at Jul 18. Almost a full year's difference. Showing 10.9 years to flow from date of hire.

Where you at dacuj and Skyvector? What's up with this FIVE year flow? Oh, it's only for new hires right?

And let's not forget, the latest projections show that the guys hired last week will flow in OVER 7 years. Not 5. And those projections are based on facts and data. But we're haters because we don't buy into 5 year flow that is base on nothing more than "because Dacuj and Phin say so". Still standing by for them to provide any type of data to back up their claims of 5 year flow.

Maybe the company needs to increase their flow to match their 5 year flow they keep tooting.......there is a great idea.

When were you hired? I thought I was looking at the most recent but I could be wrong. I'm going to have to sign in and check.
