    From the envoy MEC:

The MEC noticed we were lagging behind late last year and immediately engaged management to ensure #824 happens concurrently with #1648. AA has been limiting new hires to ensure the 50% was met.

The 824th pilot will be #1648.

With that logic then they will limit new hires at as to keep the flow at 25 to 30% max of the new hire class size

. Exactly - the contract reads the lesser of the two. We will be metered to the lower in perpetuity.

Does the interactive seniority list provided on the union website give flow dates predicated on percentage or metering?

The contract actually doesn't read the lessor of for the PP group and pre-DOS group. It's 50% and 35% respectively metered to 25 and 15 respectively for "operational necessity". Having said that, the company will always see an operational necessity not to send one single body above the metered amount.

2 x 824. So of the last 1648 guys hired at AA, 50% were Eagle flows, per the 824 agreement.

so if aa had a class of 30 including 10 from psa and pdt then envoy should in theory be able to send 15 flows, am i understanding this correct?
    Sir, can I have another.

The point that everyone agrees upon is the "in aggregate." When the 1648 new hire sets foot on property 824 have to be from Envoy.

A new hire is a pilot who is not on he AA seniority list. This includes street hires, PSA and PDT pilots.
