Hopefully Envoy pilots know better than to trust an internet personality who hides behind a keyboard. I've read several of Dacuj's posts and he's a Company-lovin' troll who is intent on misleading people about Envoy and Envoy's future.

If any pilot wants the truth, pick up the phone and call your union representative. Or better yet, come to the DFW LEC 083 Meeting on April 28th and we can share recent updates.

Uhoh. Neal. Now you've gone and upset the kraken, I mean dacuj. I'm sure he will respond with a comment, something about how we're all miserable sacks and he has all the answers and wisdom and this place is really amazing because we all work for AA and have the Ferrari of the regional jet and the state of the art flow that will propel us to stardom in a mere 48 months. But I digress I'll wait for him to chime in.

When he first started posted I initially thought he was a truely enthusiastic line pilot that had high hopes and love for Envoy and fellow pilots. His bashing, and high lack of misinterpretation of how aweful our schedules, and QOL, he has lost his credibility with me. I appreciated his excitement and enthusiasm for the future but it's all from what appears to be a non pilot troll. Sorry Dacuj, you've done this to yourself. Fix schedules and QOL then you can praise the flow, until then your credibility is busted. Btw I've been here 10 years, love the job and the flow (as long as AAG holds true to it). However the schedule are sh!t, and QOL could be so much better with little effort.

We have a 445 am sign in to start a trip. Lines that all start at 6 am and end 2100. Guess I don't care about coming to work on a day off because I'll be at American some time in the future. Qol is easily fixed. However management has to want to fix it. They don't care or think we're worth it.

Dacuj is either a management crony or a union stooge. Either way, the personality is a troll designed to make Envoy seem more attractive than it is. Every line pilot knows that schedules, quality of life issues, and the treatment from this management team are extremely serious problems that still plague this airline.

He has certainly been noticeably quiet since Neal and Ray showed back up. Truth bombs tend to scare away the vermin.

I am pretty sure it's not Mav. He stopped posting and it wasn't the same writing. Dacuj is on a different level than Mav.

I'm pretty sure Maverick is a recruiter. All of the tool recruiters have given themselves Top Gun names like Maverick, Check Six and Skyvector. Seems like they are finally realizing they are the 1% who actually are the company lovers and have cut down on their posts realizing it's 99% of the rest of us that actually live in reality.

Proof positive the former head of recruiting just flowed to AA.
Interesting that of the original 4 175 pilots that founded the program only one is still here.

Also ironic is the fact that a lot of the most vocal no voters years ago for getting large RJs also jumped at the chance to fly the 175.

Maveric is not a recruiter. It's nice to know that I'm a "tool" and a "company lover" though.

I'm sure glad that the keyboard cowboy attitudes seem to mostly stay at home during trips. One of the things I've most enjoyed about my time at Envoy has been my fellow crew members. This job would be infinitely worse if the poison and mudslinging from the forums constantly bled over into the cockpit.

Always know where the source of information is coming from before you trust it.

In response to a Skyvector post on APC:

People, Skyvector's information is not entirely accurate so please act accordingly. Most of the things he has said are the "hopes" or the "wishes" of Envoy Management and not necessarily based in fact or reality. This tells me that he is either a management lackey or is being used by one.

The notes on the EMB145/140's are paid off and fuel prices are still relatively cheap. AAG wants all of the AAG-owned EMB145's and EMB140's flying, which includes the 50ish EMB140's stored in SJT. But can Envoy staff them? Not currently. What does that mean? Who knows. Envoy Management wants Envoy to fly these airplanes....but if they cannot staff them will AAG find another airline to do the flying? Again, questions we do not know the answers to currently.

The Compass 20 E-175's that are AAG owned are on contract through late 2019. Envoy Management (again, I emphasize Envoy Management) wants those aircraft at Envoy. Will that happen? Again, that is up to AAG and there is still plenty of time for them to make or change any decision on the matter.

Envoy Management has told the Association (as recently as last week) that an MIA domicile will not happen. Also, Envoy Management is no longer interested in the Satellite Domicile LOAs that were negotiated over the course of 2015 and 2016. They want something entirely new and is being negotiated currently.

We have not been told to expect any specific domiciles that would be considered to be opened. Envoy Management does want the ability to open/close any future domicile's more easily than the current contract dictates, hence the reason they are negotiating. Envoy Management wants the Company to be more flexible and that means they want to more easily open smaller domiciles when AAG tells them to jump. They also want the ability to close that domicile just as easily since they do not know how long they will be operating feed out of that domicile. Neither PHX, nor PHL, nor LAX are being discussed at this time as possibilities on the horizon.

Again, anyone who throws information around and claims it to be fact or claims to be "in the know" like Skyvector does should be ashamed of themselves. If you have any questions or doubts, contact your local union representative.

Skyvector - you know my email address. Send me an email if you want to clear this up. Thanks.
