When will the Jan 14 upgrade go to training? I'm betting November.

Who is our most junior Capt on the line as of today. Seniority wise.

I waited 6 months after being awarded 175 and still Not in class. Then how long to get done with ioe and fed ride? Couldn't be happier with the decision to swap. Especially with qualified upgrade being offered.

Don't worry. The company and dacuj can still sell it as a 3 year upgrade. Actually flying the line, is a different story.

If they wanted to the company could put out a bid with 500 upgrades with an effective date 3 years from now. Everybody would get an upgrade and they could claim 6 month captains. The only true measure of upgrade time is the most junior qualified Captain on the line.
In comparison, AA puts out monthly bids. If you get a new position you are normally in class the next month, and it takes about a month to finish not including IOE. Also you get your new pay rate from the start of training, not after you finish. Motivates them to keep it real.
