Exactly. Making lemonade out of lemons. Worldwide non rev network plus 7 weeks off = good times. Seniority still building while you are traveling.

Good times? 75 hour guarantee paid as an fo. And not able to pick up overtime to make ends meet. Sorry hun we have to run pennies together another month cause my company doesn't know how to plan accordingly. Btw awarded October for the upgrade and still waiting. But we can travel the world.

You're forgetting the bonuses. They make about 60k before any OT.

So when the displacement comes out due to ord shrinking, will we be able to bump these newhires off their precious jet.

What year pay step are you? It sounds to me that you are incapable of managing your money. With the retention bonuses and profit sharing, you should more than adequately be able to pay your bills and have plenty extra. Go to a Dave Ramsey course.

Unless they just run endless TDY to LGA. I'm sure that's why there hasn't been a displacement bid or will be. RiÁ doesn't want training cycles. Doubt there is anything written that prevents TDY indefinitely. Or until they flow.

It sounds to me like you assume you reserve the right to determine how others live their lives or what financial issues they should have ? Perhaps his family has medical bills or other issues you aren't privy to ? This is probably among the most arrogant and obnoxious posts I've read on this forum which is ironic in that those two traits are ones you criticize others for having mr. pot.

Go to a behavioral psychologist and see if they can help you determine the foundation of your hostility, rage and hatred of Envoy pilots. Congratulations.........you hereby are nominated for TA's "Tool of the year" award. I'm sure someone will second that to make it official.

Is that on the recruiting poster as well? Come to envoy and get 7 paid weeks to travel the world. Nothing like pissing away money when you just get hired.
That income I'm sure doesn't go to something more important.

I think his lemonade has no sugar, so be wary of his overtures when you pass his corner stand.

If the flow is the important thing, I think the real thing to focus on is not the monthly new-hire rate, but any disconnect between the number of those they upgrade per month and flow. Not just bids, but actual completion of IOE to line qualified status. If there is a disconnect between the number of those monthly line qualified upgrades and the number of flows, then a problem is brewing. The two have to match or the flow engines gaskets are at risk of a blowout.

Maybe they're putting lemonade in the flow engine instead of oil ?

All the guys in the new hire class today are lucky to be at Envoy, but especially those 13 going into the 175. What a way to start a career!

I thought the 175 slots were going to be 8 or less. 5 plus guys that wouldn't have otherwise, hit the jackpot!

7th year. And I take offense to your statement. Add in 100 plus in student loans and a kid. 72x42x12 plus 10 grand in bonus. About 46 grand gross. How your coming up with 60 is mind boggling. Except when you talk about picking up overtime. I'm not working on my 11 days off 72 hour line.

Jackpot? You're the biggest a$$ on record. Let's be frank about that. Only a troll/ recruiting tool would sound off about being on the 175. I'll bring 5 fo to you tomorrow who are pissed about the RSV life they are presently living while on the 175. I'm sure that might counter your 5 additional jackpot winner's.

Has Dacuj ever stated that he is in fact a line pilot on the Envoy seniority list?
