Add in the AWAC drawdown, the huge hiring classes we are having that are growing and the number will just keep going up and up. What does that add up to? More Captain slots. Less than a 2 year upgrade and sub 5 year flow. The flow is going to keep on keeping on my man. Your doom and gloom is not going to stop that freight train at full speed on the tracks right now.

I get so tired of your never ending bull s**t, opining and doom and gloom here is what I'm going to do. End of the 2nd quarter is done on June 30th. When what happens that I think is going to happen, you will be blown away. Debate. You vs. me. Any TA or APC member is welcome to attend. Hard 8 in Coppell early July. I will flat enjoy making you eat that crow.
Yes, we're well aware. Not only are you on the record about a big announcement, you're on the record about being on the record several times.

At a recent meeting with Ric Wilson, he said there are no plans to get more 175s. This meeting was days ago. So what information do you have that Ric Wilson doesn't have, Dacuj?

Reminds me of getting my first charter job back in the day. The guy who hired me was a big liar (they all were). He was talking about more Navajos and Sennecas and even getting King Airs etc. I was a wide eyed twenty something and believed him. Next charter job, same thing. The owner/lawyer/liar was operating Navajos but turboprops were coming soon. It was nearly impossible to get a paycheck from that guy.

When it's on the ramp and says "operated by Envoy" on the side, maybe you can believe it. When you show up for ground school and get your AA id, you can believe that. The suits who make these decisions are running a business. They say and do what they need to in order to run the business.

Remember something about management. I could tell they were lying because their mouths were moving.

The highlighted part is really the only thing that needed to be said.

Your mileage as to how the company treats you is apparently different than about 90% of the rest of the pilot group.

That's like saying the only important part of your car is the engine. What about the rest of it ? The rest of this car is everything else Envoy pilots must experience while they patiently pin their futures on the engine's performance alone to get them to the desired destination - AA. In fact, if the reliability of the engine (flow) relies on factors the owner cannot control, the value of the engine alone must be questioned as should that engine bog down or even quit, the owner might just have to spend a lot of time stuck inside the car. As it stands now, I think many at Envoy by their own admission would be dismayed at spending 1 minute more then absolutely necessary inside the Envoymobile.

Really ? Where do get these stats ? Are you the official source as to what Envoy pilots consider "good mileage" during their tenure at Envoy waiting for the flow engine to deliver them to AA ? Just from listening to pilots directly and various forums, I'd argue the 90% figure is closer to the opposite side of what you claim. VERY few present Envoy pilots look at Envoy as a career stop from my experience.
