Couple these with new hire and retention payments, it's pretty dang good. Just another reason we are bringing in 70 plus each month.

I won't complain about it, but I will say I'm not impressed.

why dont you increase pay rates which are permanent to equal your bonuses, oh thats right, this place does not deserve any permanent pay increases.

I took home just over $1000. Pretty pathetic for 9 years of service. Glad AAG appreciates me less than United and Delta.

It's a documented fact. Envoy is in the top third of ALL regionals in regards to total regional compensation. Take your argument to EL where you guys can moan and complain incessantly.

That's weird I'm getting $1800ish after taxes, but I've only been here a couple more years than you? I wouldn't have thought that there would be that much difference? Are you on 10th year CA pay? It might explain it if you're one of those guys who was smart enough to stay in the right seat.

I upgraded this summer. I'm on 10 year CA pay. My take home on this bonus was $1048. Gross was $1800.

Wow. Mine was $950 after taxes. Less than 3 years here, and pretty much reserve and composite lines during 2016. I pick up a lot of OT though.

Yeah, exactly. I took my 2016 pay, minus all bonuses and multiply by 3% and it's double what they paid me. I'm going to have pay comp audit it. I know a few others who made less than me but their gross performance bonus was more than mine.

Envoy is the best, it is a fact. Everyone is saying it. The other regionals wish they were as tremendous as Envoy. The flow and the bonuses and the winning. So much winning you are going to be tired of winning! Envoy is going to make American Eagle great AGAIN!

Hate to say it, but in one way this is a beneficial experience for Envoy pilots who plan to flow. It gets you used to and eases you into the reality of working for sub-standard compensation relative to your peers and watching management and executives ca$h in big time on your labor and efforts while tossing you an occasional table scrap. At AA, you'll have decades watching others surge ahead in prosperity while your financial scab is repeatedly ripped off.

Thanks for all that you do.

I commuted home with a retired AA flight attendant. We ended up talking shop most of the way. Needless to say AA is a shadow of its former self. Haven't talked to anyone over there who is happy in the way the company is proceeding. Getting out of here is priority. However going from cell block D to a work release program, understand that the same management exists over there.
