No France this year. FAA didn't buy off on it.

First hands only and listen to the flight director for guidance if needed

Don't worry, hung starts can happen to the best of us. Give it a few minutes and give it another shot...don't forget to dry motor it for a bit. And always be wary of exceeding your limitations. Remember: up to 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off... ;-)

I usually think about baseball or GI Jane Easten. Does help with pre ignition.

Dacuj, how does this affect new hire classes of 100/month, 6 month upgrades, and sub 5 year flow?

I just heard the EMB 145 sims are scheduled to be purged from the flight Academy....is that the driving force behind this?

No. The driving force is the lack of SIM time we have available. We're maxed out at the three facilities we use.

How about we send new hires to San Angelo and they can train in the actual planes.

I was in recurrent a few months ago. Instructors said the 145 sim there is going away. It's to make room for AA Sims. We (envoy) have no reason to be there.

Go away? Back to the sim junkyard? Does AA rent or own. Did we sell those back to AA along with our fleet?

I guess that is no surprise, as they are putting up new sim buildings anywhere they can find room. Those 145 sims are getting old. I wonder if it pays to move them somewhere?

Why AA feels the need to move everyone to Dallas. Guess they really want everyone to have the atrium experience.

There are no plans to get rid of the CAE 145 Sims at the AA Flight Academy. We just need more Sim time than the 4 we are currently using.

Wow, a schoolhouse rumor that isn't true?

Been away a while and quit the lounge before Dario completely ruined it with the user unfriendly new and improved format.
Nice to see this place still up and running with the usual characters.
This Dacuj person is a real piece of work. Almost as entertaining as Bodean and some of the other knuckleheads from the past.
What gets me is that some of you are actually wasting time trying to figure out their identity and engaging in conversation with the self proclaimed prophet.
