Look ahead several months at increased fleet, staffing and new hires and you should be able to see where we are headed.
Let's see................again, 100 new-hires per month means 100 upgrades per month (the 5 month upgrade you're forecasting) which means 200 type-rides per month and if all those pilots require the minimum IOE (25 hours IIRC), that's 5000 hours of IOE requiring 62 IOE check airman flying 80 hours of IOE per month. ALL done each and every month, slick as ****.

That's quite a forecast. Envoy is incapable of a fraction of that at present and the logistics of ramping up to that would take a long, long time. No one can predict with any certainty where Envoy is headed, but anyone with claims like this is IMO headed for the looney bin.

Oh boy the 40/month rumor again? Refresh my memory, this crew claimed 40/month starting in January. How many did we send?

Ric says 30. Of course take that for what it's worth. That's the PP group.

That will be nice. How much is per diem? Might have to take out a small loan for training.

I heard that ground school was going to be held at Bone Daddy's and the SIM training was going to be held at Ric's. Figured would help with the new hire morale. Also $5 extra on perdiem for one lap dance a night.

Ground school at Bone Daddy's ? I'll bet not one eye will be on the instructor or materials.

Ahhh but you'll be learning from Charity. She'll teach you about electrical emergencies and, cross bleed valves. And you'll be happy to focus on her. At Ric's Amber Lynn will give you a hands on approach to rejected landings, and the importance of pulling out on time.

I suppose the "instruction" from them will include the finer points of both front and back-course approaches ?

This thread started informational, then turned ludicrous but I loved that I kept reading. Very happy pink.

I'd be more concerned when your instructor asks you to go for a midnight stroll along the Seine.

Don't exceed crosswind limitations, or you could end up bending your gear with excessive side loads.

One time we had a fluid leak and the circumstances required an emergency manual extension.
