    Dont forget that the bottom of our list is also "competitive". In reality the more junior guys we lose, the more expensive the group becomes. You are faced with the possibilities of undesired upgrades by the company, critical pay for already expensive captains, etc. all depending on schedule demand of course.

    That's what I was told by a rep true or not.
    Friend has 3 fos that left PSA to go to piedmont for the quick upgrade and the new TA. "I had him ask them why they left." All three were about to take there check ride.
